UK delivery
Most of our current electronics listings include free UK delivery. If a delivery charge applies, it is shown on the eBay listing before payment. Estimated delivery dates depend on the destination and service selected at checkout.
Older electronics are packed to protect controls, doors and moving parts. Tracking is added to the eBay order when the carrier provides it.
Returns
Return eligibility and the return window are displayed on each eBay listing. Many current listings accept returns within 30 days, but you should check the live listing before purchasing.
Start a return from your eBay purchase history so the request, messages and return label remain attached to the order. This is also the quickest way for our team to see the transaction details.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the listing, contact us through the eBay order before attempting a repair. Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of the box and equipment so we can resolve the problem quickly.
International orders
Some products may be available through eBay's international shipping services. Availability, import charges and delivery estimates are calculated by eBay for the buyer's destination.
